[채용 포지션] HR Manager

[담당업무]

 

Full spectrum of Human Resources Management functions such as
- Personnel management including recruiting and staffing
- Payroll processing via payroll service provider
- HR policy and guideline update
- Learning and development for staff members
- HR relevant local regulatory reporting
- Ad-hocs

Manager function for Administration & Facility Management.
- Administration/Secretary staff and Receptionist will report to HR Manager.

 

[자격요건]

• Over 8 years’ experience in Human Resources
• Preferred experience in both areas, HR and Administration
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Highly organized, motivated, and strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge on relevant local regulatory requirements
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Flexibility and willingness to accept new assignment
• Fluency in English
